Refund and Cancellation Policy

MungFaliWale does not allow returns for online purchases unless the product is received damaged or leaking. If this is the case, you must submit a request for a refund or replacement within 10 days of receiving the product.

The new product is sent out promptly after the customer representative notifies the Operations team.

It takes 5-6 days for the refund to be processed from the day it was issued.

The shipping and COD charges on Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for a refund.

Claims for return or replacement will only be accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Any requests for a refund, return, or replacement will not be considered if the product received matches the order and is not damaged.

A valid photograph and video of opening the box showing the damaged product is required in order to qualify for a refund or replacement. Products with broken seals will not be accepted as evidence of damage.

The refund will only be issued to the original payment method.

Oil may separate at the top of the jar because there are no stabilizers or preservatives in the product. Be sure to stir well before using it. The oil is natural peanut oil and no refunds will be given for this.

MungFaliWale has the authority to either accept or deny return requests.

Cancellation Policy

MungFaliWale has the authority to cancel or reject any order if payment methods are deemed to be malicious, suspicious, or fraudulent.

Refunds for orders that have been cancelled will be issued in accordance with the company’s policies, and any applicable cancellation fees will be taken out of the refund amount.
